The swimming pools are small and poorly maintained, children have limited menu options!!! The location is quite far from the bustling areas of Mazatlán compared to other hotels!!!

The area was nice and quiet away from the
upbeat city life of Mazatlán. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the Asian and Italian food options at the hotel restaurant were a delightful surprise. However, the constant issues with bugs were really uncomfortable during our stay.
